OUR COMMITMENTS
Preserving our local expertise, prioritizing sustainable materials, and keeping our local areas vibrant: discover the beliefs that drive our workshops every day.
OUR APPROACH
Prioritize short supply chains and local production.
Manufacturing rooted in our regions
At Coucke, we believe in preserving our textile heritage. That's why we maintain the most local possible production chain to limit our environmental impact while guaranteeing impeccable quality.
- Weaving in the Vosges: The historical birthplace of French textiles, where the vast majority of our threads come to life.
- Responsible finishing: Our fabrics are dyed in Sailly-sur-la-Lys, just 10 km from our workshop, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
- Manufacturing in Nieppe: Our expert seamstresses passionately assemble your products in our workshops in the Hauts-de-France region.
The choice of natural materials
The aesthetics of our creations never come at the expense of their robustness or the environment. We select our raw materials with extreme care to offer you linen that is soft, absorbent, and eco-friendly.
By prioritizing pure cotton, cotton gauze, natural linen, or métis (cotton and linen), we create timeless pieces. Our linen is designed to withstand time, improve with each wash, and accompany your daily life for a long time.
French Certification
A selection of our flagship ranges is certified Origine France Garantie, attesting to authentic and transparent manufacturing.
Historical Expertise
Since 1931, we have been preserving and passing on the excellence of the textile industry in Northern France.
Everyday sustainability
Dense Jacquard weaves and specific treatments (such as stain-resistant Teflon®) ensure linen that stands up to intensive use.
Lifestyle
Our collections are directly inspired by gastronomy and conviviality, transforming each piece into a true melting pot of emotions.
OUR VISION
"More than just a kitchen accessory, our linen is designed as a link between tradition and modernity. Each piece is a celebration of the French art of living—woven to beautify your tables, designed to stand the test of time."
Every garment we create is rooted in real stories: moments of movement, resistance, freedom, and self-discovery. From the stitches to the silhouette, each piece carries the energy of the street — bold, honest, and unapologetically individual.
Our pieces are built, not churned out — designed with intention, crafted with care. We don’t follow trends. We create staples that speak to identity, not the algorithm.
