Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been validated or the order confirmed.
Preparation and delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on periods of high activity, logistical constraints or product availability.

Deliveries are made to the address given by the Customer when placing the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to check that the information provided is accurate.
Deliveries can be made within mainland France, within the European Union and internationally. Any customs duties, local taxes or import charges are payable by the Customer.
Products are shipped by carriers selected by the Seller.
The Customer must check the condition of the parcel on delivery. In the event of damage in transit or a damaged parcel, reservations must be raised with the carrier and confirmed as soon as possible.
Risk transfers on receipt for consumer customers and upon handover to the carrier for business customers.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays outside its control.
