Return conditions

Products must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • returned in their original condition

Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.


Return costs

  • Mainland France:
    A return label can be provided. A flat fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund.

  • European Union and international:
    Return shipping is at your own expense.


Exchanges

We favour exchanges so we can offer you a suitable solution quickly.

  • Return shipping remains at your expense (see conditions above)

  • Shipping of the new product is free within mainland France


Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.


Faulty products or order errors

If your product is faulty, or if we have made a mistake, please contact our customer service. Return shipping will be covered in full.
